Attention Grabbing Sites

Attention Grabbing Sites

You want a site that grabs the attention of your visitors and keeps it. So how do you do it?  Good sites begin at conception -- intelligent site mapping and organization lays the foundation for a site that is intuitive.  The next step is site-appeal. You want a site that is visually stunning and conveys a message with every click .

That's it! It's that simple -- make your site intuitive and attractive and you'll create a site that is so inviting it's downright clickable!  New Nectar unites form and function with beautiful sites that:

  • Develop your brand
  • Are memorable
  • Are very, very, clickable!
Remember, you have very little time to make an impact on visitors -- but the good news is an attractive & intuitive site can share your brand's message and keep those potential customers clicking!

New Nectar is your one-stop shop for your design, development and marketing needs.

The Quest to Explain UX

The Quest to Explain UX

User Experience (UX) is one of those things that's tough to explain in just a few sentences.  Do a quick search for UX definitions and you'll find plenty to choose from  -- each full of buzz words that may or may not mean anything at all.  Don't get me wrong, there are a few great takes on UX out there -- but most require more than 30 seconds of reading.

Writing Good Web Content

Writing Good Web Content
A picture is worth a thousand words, right? That remains true online - but it's also helpful to remember a new axiom:

"One word often has to be worth a thousand."

What does that mean? When potential customers are searching on the internet; their attention-span is likely to be short. You've got to grab their attention quickly, and then communicate efficiently.

Good web content manages to be both brief and effective. Without saying much, you've said it all.

Sound tricky? It doesn't have to be. If a website is designed to be intuitive; then information will be where it is expected to be - and that's half the battle. The rest is a matter of taking your content seriously. Your website likely won't benefit from re-using material from brochures (unless they too are written to grab attention and dish the dirt in a hurry.) Focus on quality web content development and you'll reap the rewards of making one word sing like a symphony.

Web Development Tips

Web Development Tips

The best website design is the one that seems like a natural fit for your business. It's the site where all the pieces come together seamlessly; the site that is a reflection of what you do and who you are. The best website design is also the one that gets the job done. Where customers intuitively know where to go to view your products, or find more information.

Tip 1: Make it communicate

The Internet is changing. You want a site that makes the most of interaction and communication with your clients and customers. You also want a site that is intuitive – one that communicates your message and services at a glance.
