The app's canvas view is where you access the settings to tell the system which FB page goes to what Joomla site. In the canvas, you will be able to add pages by choosing the page from a list of FB pages you manage. If you add more than one page, the system will display them in sub-tabs. When you add a page in the settings, make sure you enter the title, and then click on "J!", it will open a form where you can input the site url and tabid. Any module can be used (no javascript, no iframe): - product listings from VM - latest articles - directory/catalog - blog, latest blog - image gallery - forms - anything really, since a module can access any data from the site. You use a special tag to insert modules and you can add HTML, CSS, FBML and FBJS directly around those tags so your Facebook page looks the way you need. Because you had the blank page bug associated with your personal profile, you created another one which allowed you to manage your pages, but NOT your first profile. I modified the application for you so it adds your first profile with the list of administered pages. You should now be able to manage it the same way you do with your other profile. That HTML is really just like having only static content setup in your Joomla tab. I prefer to use the position as it is the most flexible (you can do it both ways). Using a position makes it clear and easy to manage. A "fake" position can be created directly in the module manager: instead of selecting one of the existing template positions, simply type any word in the field (like joomfb_fake_position). You can create as many positions as you want. Simply refer back to them using |pos|joomfb_fake_position| for example. 4) Next, I see that Philippe, chose to use the mod_latestnews module that was assigned a position with a custom name. This displays all the articles in a category? I'm not sure why latestnews would be chosen and why one might choose one type of module or article over another? Personal choice. That module was available. The key is to pick a module that does NOT contain javascript. 5) Could one put in the tab field, inside the Joomla settings for this component, my own FBML code?
